Roto-Rooter

I've used Roto Rooter at least once a year for 7 years. Always wonderful service and great experience. Today John arrived and unclogged a toilet for us. Even in the bitter cold and snow and being busy John arrived within 25 minutes and spent 4 hours unclogging a frozen line. He was determined to get it and he DID!! So professional and cheerful throughout the visit. And cost much less than I expected. You are a wonderful company and we are so appreciative of your wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience with you. Thanks for being such a wonderful company. John gave us such excellent service today.

Within 15 minutes of our call to Roto- Rooter Phil called to say he was on his way! We were very pleased with his promptness and ability to solve our problem. Additionally, he was sincerely a nice guy!

I was able to get someone to come out within the hour to deal with a clogged drain. Cameron was very professional and friendly and did a great job explaining what he did. Left zero mess behind.
