Will was extremely friendly and professional. Appt was scheduled for 1PM and he was even early which was fantastic. Walked me through every step of the process and even offered advisement on our water heater. Felt I was getting a lesson and he was kind enough to let me watch the whole process. We had an ongoing leak in our ejection pump system (below grade). William diagnosed the problem, got a replacement pump and installed and calibrated everything on the same day. He even made time for us in his very busy schedule. I would highly recommend William and "Clog Dr." for whatever plumbing issues you may have!

Had severely clogged laundry sink. Called and was able to get an appointment within a day. Wil showed up on time and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and took the time to wait and run a wash cycle to make sure everything worked correctly. Highly recommend!
