Fernando was amazing! He helped my mother in her great time of need. He promptly came to the house, used his tools and expertise, and explained things in an easy-to-understand, kind manner and made you and your family feel confident that the problem would be fixed. The level of trust he provided also was reassuring as the process started on the home (basement).

Chad was super helpful and cleared our kitchen drain in a matter of minutes. He was respectful of our home and left no mess. Constantly gave us quick updates and warned us when loud noises would about to occur.

Chad was excellent! Very happy with our overall service and appreciation for his attention to detail! I do think the price was a bit much but was very happy with the technician.

Absolutely expert, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough service. Willie had such patience with me when I was having issues with my form of payment , and checked up the next day to confirm that there were no more leaks. The other gentleman (Mac) was also helpful and paid close attention, when there were teaching moments. Highly recommended.

Very professional service. Went above and beyond to fix my kitchen clog by tweaking my pipes to get rid of a sag affecting the flow. Even tested my water pressure and helped figure out a separate problem I'm having. Highly recommend this father and son team!!

We had an emergency situation and Willy came late on a Sunday night to fix the issue. He was professional and courteous the entire time. He also made himself available for several subsequent questions and a return visit (at no charge). Would highly recommend.

Main started backing up into basement . Called Roto Router said it would take 4 hours . Called Drain King James and Tom where there within 2 . Problem was resolved quickly at a reasonable price . Very professional . Will definitely call again .

Tom from the Drain King was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He took the time and walked through the issue that we had and left our bathroom clean! I would highly recommend them and use them again.
