Kaylee, who helped with scheduling and kept me informed of the ETA for Justin (Plumber), was courteous and professional. She was so pleasant to work with. Justin arrived promptly, and was patient with triaging the water leak I was experiencing. He kept me updated during the entire process, asking for approval prior to any work performed. Justin was careful with the surroundings. And took great care to clean up the work areas prior to leaving. Fortunately for me, he found the source of the water leak. Repair completed! And another happy customer! This is my first experience working with Wizard Plumbing. And it sure won’t be my last. I recommend you give them a try too.

Wizard came highly recommended by a neighbor. So appreciate that they are open on Sundays since that's when our water pipe emergency happened. They had no one to come out that day (we had the water to the house turned off), but someone came first thing on Monday morning and in no time had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Miguel came out within an hour of my call and did a quick assessment of the water heater which needed to be replaced. He accomplished replacing it with a new one and removing the broken one with no helper! I was impressed with his pleasant personality, professional work in an organized fashion.
