Instant human to human connection. She was able to make me feel super comfortable, no judgment, very compassionate, sweet and kind. One thing I really like about her style is that she doesn’t let you jump from topic to topic or get carried away with chatter. She isn’t afraid to redirect and get to the bottom of things.
