Since I’ve been a patient at Peace & Mind Wellness I can honestly say I’ve felt more accomplished in not only my growth in therapy, but my daily life. My therapist was kind and patient with me and made me feel like I was in a safe place and that they really cared. Before coming here I would dread going to my previous appointments because they made me very tense and uneasy. At Peace and Mind Wellness I was able to relax, not feel awkward and really able to work through my issues.

I was referred to Peace and Mind Wellness by my PCP and at first I was very skeptical but my therapist really helped me through some of the most difficult times in my life. Thank You for helping me through so many transitions over the past two and a half years! I would not be in the mental or physical space that I am in today if not for your support and helping gain the confidence to continue and thrive through life.
