I am so impressed every time I visit Boise Therapeutic Massage. I live in Arizona and visit daughters here so it is only occasionally but each time has been a five star experience. Most recent with Michelle, asked her to concentrate on neck and shoulders, the lymphatic massage was so valuable to my sinus/allergy situation, I can’t believe the difference it made. If you have any issues, I suggest a 90 minute session to give them time for the best results. Cannot recommend highly enough. (I have been getting regular massages for the last 15 years, I know good work.

Jessica is truly exceptional. I've never experienced a better massage. I started seeing her weekly to help with chronic pain, and the improvement has been incredible. I also went to her during pregnancy for lower back pain, and she knew exactly how to help, so knowledgeable and intuitive. She genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and healing. I'm so grateful to have found her.

Dianna was amazing. A very skilled massage therapist! She had great communication and made sure I was comfortable and she wasn't applying too much pressure throughout the massage. She had so.e great techniques that really worked out my sore aching and tight muscles. Great work! IL be back.

Adam listened carefully to what I wanted from the massage and then delivered not only what I asked for (targeted muscular/myofacial release) but did it with the intensity level I asked for (on the first round, without any further questions) and also did it in the gentlest fashion I've ever encountered. It was both relaxing and releasing at the same time; a unique combination I've never experienced before. Magical! I've always had good massages from Elements but this was truly world class.

Karina who is a master therapist did probably one of the best massages I've ever had and needed in such a long time. Would recommend 10/10. Took her time and made sure she focused on every area of improvement and all the front staff were friendly and helpful and patient with helping me move my account over and get started! Coming back for sure.

I’ve had a massage subscription here for a few years and really have enjoyed my time with Elements. The environment is tranquil and they have many great masseurs on staff. Shoutout to Tina; she’s the best.

In town visiting friends for the holidays.. my fiancé and I randomly happened upon their website and booked. Oh my gosh they were everything we needed on this trip! Every aspect of these massages were perfect. We both got deep tissue massages and have had a ton of massages in the past at other spas or studios but this was hands down one of the greatest massages I have ever gotten!! Anytime I get into town I will be visiting them again. Also they have memberships that I would absolutely use if I was a local.

My massage was INCREDIBLE! I often ask for deep pressure and don’t get it. The man that did my massage was perfect! I highly recommend this place! They also accommodated 3 people in the same room that was really hard to find.

My wife spoke highly of her massage here, so I gave it a try today. I had a couple of injured spots, and communicated those concerns. The gentleman was very careful to avoid over-working those joints, but still give them attention. It was great. Very nice atmosphere, very polite customer service. Well worth the money to get those deep spots worked on. We'll both be back. Thank you so much.
