The Sauna Studio

This place is a mini spa day for this busy mom. I love the infered saunas. The salt cave was fun for my family to enjoy as well. The cleanliness is perfect. The staff are knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I have told so many people about this jem all the time. I look forward to my next session.

Me and my boyfriend went today and did a couples sauna and oh my gosh it was the best thing I have ever done. I work on my feet all day and I felt light as a feather after the sauna! Laura is the most amazing woman and she is so kind and knowledgeable. This place is the hidden gem of Ventura it’s a must go.

My sister in law introduced me to the infared sauna and salt room. What a great way to relax and I felt it seemed very reasonably priced. The Studio is very clean and the owner was very welcoming and informative. My sore neck and back muscles were very relaxed and I slept soundly that night. Definitely will return when in beautiful Ventura.
