I went in to Mattress Firm to test out a mattress I saw online. I was instantly acknowledged by Kevin and another associate. They were both very pleasant. Kevin was able use his expertise to steer me in the right direction for my needs. With his help, I was able to select two mattresses that meet my expectations in terms of comfort while staying on a budget during the holiday season. The delivery was set up to arrive the next business day (extremely efficient)! I’m truly grateful to have visited at that moment because it was an exceptional customer service experience. I’d highly recommend this location and that you ask for Kevin.

My dad needed a new mattress so we came to this location. Guy was our Sleep Expert and was so wonderful to work with. He showed my dad multiple different mattresses and took his time going over all of the features of each mattress. Guy also helped my dad purchase a great adjustable base to go with his mattress! My dad ultimately chose a firm Cali King Beautyrest Mattress and the Sleepy's Deluxe adjustable base. We appreciate all of Guy's help.

First time buying from a mattress store, great experience overall! It was worth taking the time to go through the sleep profile steps with the sales agent to find the fitting mattress. Issac was friendly and easy to work with, and we feel happy with our purchase. We look for to receiving our mattress to round out our experience.
