Took a long time from ordering to install, and one of the measurements was wrong due to manufacturing error, but, the installers, Jonathan and Terance, we're fast and efficient. They reviewed my order to confirm the measurements, and let my sales rep know to contact me so we can resolve the issue. They were both friendly and helpful, addressing my concern and communicating next steps. Aside from the measurement issue, the blinds look great.
Just installed. But for now we're very happy. Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly. The quote came in at half of the others did. The installers were very quick, thorough, and professional. Left with tips for care and use.

I called three places for plantation shutters & Sunburst was a tie of the least expensive. I called my neighbor and that’s who she went with four years ago and she’s very happy with them so Ricky came on out for the measurements. That guy could sell anything. He is so nice, happy he enjoys his job( you could tell he believed in the product) so I signed up for two Windows. Moses and Albert came out to install. Right on time. I tell you what… the installation was toot sweet that fast!! They were very, very nice & so clean, I appreciate that in workers. You couldn’t get better than this. When I’m ready to redo some of my other windows I’m calling Sunburst first. Thanks fellas!!!
Installers showed up on time. They did an excellent job on all three windows. They had me look over the work once complete to make sure I was satisfied. My only issue is they left a mess on the floors. It was easy for me to cleanup, in the 3 rooms, but it is something they should have done.
My experience started off wonderful with my in-home quote. They came to do the install which surpassed my expectations. Absolutely stunning. Quick install. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with all the blind replacements! I wish I would have taken a before photo so you could see how good they look. Installers were polite and they did a great job.
