I made a call to this Payless mattress at South Orange ave in Newark to know if they have exact thing that I needed including the price range so that I don’t have to drive to the store for nothing. All the information I needed were giving to me respectfully. They promised delivery even though it was a day before Thanksgiving. I went there and picked what I needed and it was delivered same day as promised. They kept in touch with me to notify me of any delay in time . The driver was very patient. I recommend this place for mattress and bedding needs, for good customer service, good quality and good price.

The customer? service reaches beyond the inside of the store. The gentleman who own and run the store reach out to the community as well. We need more businesses?in the community which invest back into? the community that spends with them. Theses gentlemen? were a pleasure to speak with and I look forward to doing business with them on levels other than buying furniture.
