Valerie and the staff are friendly, compassionate and responsive. The reason for 4 stars is after while the lawyer we had didn't seem to remember what he'd told me before and it made me uncomfortable to make decisions. Other than that, they have been great to work with, they keep me up to date, and let me know of the options I have avaliable.
