I want say thank you so much to David E Maran Sir for true guidance about my question and confusion as I am totally unknown for Americans Legal System and my poor English language.. David Sir posted his answer which is very helpful guidance for me. I saved screenshot of David Sir’s profile and saved permanently for me and my all relatives in future needed legal assistance. As defender I am in mentally tense situation, when I received summons about personal injury law suit, even I am unable to understand the matter due to my poor English language and knowledge..
