Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurant

Came in last night with my mom, boyfriend and our 18 month old son! We were seated immediately. After being seated in a booth our son didn’t want to stay in the high chair and wanted us to hold him… our servers name was Amon. We asked him if we could switch to the bigger booth once it became clean and without any doubts he said yeah! We switched over and were way more comfortable with our active toddler haha. After we got settled in.. our food was delivered FAST! Amon was a fantastic server. He kept checking up on us, and he never kept us waiting for anything! He also always had a smile on his face! I grew up in hampton but currently live in Va Beach and drove to Hampton to meet my mom for dinner and wanted to come here. Definitely will always love this place and would recommend Amon as your server!

I ordered takeout from here and tried the lunch chicken burrito bowl and the cheese and chicken empanadas, and it also came with chips and salsa. Everything was full of flavor and generous portions, I will definitely order from here again.

Clean place, very friendly staff! Our new favorite Mexican food restaurant!! Great drinks too! Aroldo is great!!
