I can’t ever remember having an easier time working on a loan than what my wife and I found when we sought a home loan with Mid Valley Financial. Jordan Ribera went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. He stayed on top of what we needed to provide them and always returned our calls with every detail we needed to secure our loan. Not once did he ever come across as if it was a problem or imposition. The other staff we worked with were also a great combination of professionalism and kindness. We always felt like our needs were important to them and that their main goal was to help us succeed in our goals. When considering a loan for any reason, you’ll never do better then Mid Valley Financial.

Elizabeth made things happen! Her professionalism and high degree of motivation to complete my construction loan to a permanent loan far exceeded my expectations. She is very insightful and always had time to answer any of my questions. She made the whole process easy to understand, and walked me through every step. Elizabeth always kept me in the loop. I chose Platinum Mortgage based off of my employers recommendation. My employer offered a down assistance program. They worked with us mainly remotely as my husband & I both work full time. We spoke various times over the phone with Elliot & Gene & had a great experience. They were very patient with us & answered any questions we had promptly. We also worked with Ashli who was just as helpful! They all responded to any questions very quickly & easily to understand.
