John Mills was awesome, especially walking me through the initial stages of the first-time-home-buyer mortgage process, and deserves a reward! His whole team does, especially Shelly Box and Jessie Traywick!! They are both a wealth of knowledge and deserve a HUGE raise!! They answered all of my off the wall questions, forged through all of my stressed out temper tantrums, kept me off of the cliff when the weight of the financial commitment started creeping in, and did it ALL with grace, patience, and kindness, of which I definitely did not deserve. Thank yall so much for keeping me on track!! Recommend, 12 out of 10!!

Jimmy and his team were highly responsive, the closing process was mapped out very clearly for us, and regular (daily- whenever there was new activity) updates were sent by email along the way. Jimmy and his team clearly have a great reputation with our realtor, the closing attorney, and others. In fact- we were competing with multiple offerors for our home, and it seemed to really make a difference that we were using Jimmy and Guild for our financing. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the process and knew that they were available to promptly answer any questions and address any concerns that we had. Highly recommended!

I had always been under the impression that getting a mortgage loan was going to be a very stressful long process, but Jimmy and his team made this cakewalk for me and my wife and I’m so happy to be living in our home. I would highly suggest this company to anyone who’s trying to buy a house.
