He kept a close eye on the intest rates and got us the best possible deal in the current environment. He took my call few days ago and answered a odd question that i had with patience and care that I didn't expect to receive. They lowered the interest rate and got all the paperwork tied in a bow before closing. Seth took every call (day and night) and answered every question. Considering I was stressed, there were a lot of them. Also, I have to mention their processing manager, Bernadette (Bernie). She's a gem! Talked with me for hours during the buying process regarding everything under the sun from home insurance to solar to going over the numbers on the loan. She was even there closing day when we got our keys for support! She really made us comfortable during such a chaotic time. Seth, if you see this review, never let her go! She's an asset!

The house of my dreams fell out of escrow and my backup offer was accepted. The only issue was…the loan had to fund & the escrow close within 14 days or the seller would lose her new place! Seth & Bernie walked me through every step, going above & beyond to accommodate my crazy work hours & get all the puzzle pieces to fit in place in time.
