My loan officer was Ms. Janelle Roberts she was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable . She took the time to explain anything that I has questions on in a way that I could understand. The home buying experience is a lot but she was extremely patient with me when I called her freaking out and with questions. She made the Ioan process easier to get through, I would definitely refer her to my family and friends. Thank you again Janelle for all your help.
