Josh and his team have been wonderful. We started by being pre approved through our bank and after about 2 weeks and us having to keep reaching out to them, and the officer telling us different things and changing them on a daily, we were informed that we were, in fact, not getting the loan. The loan officer tried to omit something from our credit report and blamed us for it not being disclosed (which it was, and she printed the whole report out right on front of us). We thought we had no other options until we were referred to Josh and Cross Country Mortgage. We had already put in an offer and it was accepted when this had all happened. We had a closing date and all. Josh and his team pulled everything off in a short amount of time. Our original closing was supposed to be the 1st of May. With all the work they did, he was able to work with the seller and close the 9th instead. I highly recommend Josh and his team for any mortgage needs!

Josh and his team were incredible. Josh went above and beyond for us on our first home purchase . He was very transparent about estimated monthly payments, which is what we were the most worried about, and would respond to our questions quickly and within the same day. He would call to check in at least once a week and really treated us well. I am excited to work with him in the future!

We ended up going with Josh late in the game. His webinar was great for first-time-homebuyers. Having little experience ourselves, Josh's recommendations based on our wants/needs/situation saved us tons of money of mortgage insurance and got us into the loan that was right for us.

We used Kevin and his team when we bought our first home in 2015 and used them again for our refinance in 2022 because they are the absolute best. They are so knowledgeable about every step and if they didn't know they took the time to find out. No question was a dumb question to them. They were honest with scenarios and options and weren't afraid to do the work to get us the best loan and rate for our needs.

Kevin was amazing to work with! I met him on a Wednesday and was able to put an offer on a home by Friday! He was so knowledgeable, making the process very smooth and easy going. Any questions I had he was there to answer them. Also, his team at Plains Commerce are all truly amazing! Thank you
