Joe Kersey was 1st class. Very responsive and provided multiple alternatives for financing that were all consistent with my individual goals. I wonder if the guy ever sleeps. I sent an email on a Friday night or Saturday expecting for something on Monday and he would be back to me by Sunday or earlier. He would provide suggsstions as we went and even helped facilitate resolution of issues during processing. I have very high, possibly unreasonable expectations and he met them all. He is now my go to guy and I would recommend him to my boss or CEO.
