The principals of this company are trustworthy and professional Sandra and Tom will do whatever it take to get the job done. They are knowledgeable about all forms of construction even high rise construction... I recommend them whole heartedly.

As President of the Mill Creek Landing Condominium Homeowner's Association, I met Mr. Retnauer in August 2021 after our devastating fire that destroyed nine units and severely damaged 6 more. The Board of Directors were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and the willingness to jump in and help us restore our community. Unfortunately, the original architectural drawings of our community had long been lost. RBA Architects used surviving units as a guide and the final drawings presented to MCLCOA were magnificent.... making homeowners with an older, surviving unit a tad bit jealous. With RBA Architects and the years of knowledge and experience they brought to the table, the Board of Director's never wavered with decisions backed by Mr. Retnauer and his team. The rebuild was finished in January 2024 and would never have happened without RBA Architects. But for me personally as the President, RBA stood by me the entire rebuild and turnover to homeowners. They also proved you can teach an old dog new tricks....I have a better knowledge and deeper appreciation for the vision that RBA brought to the table.
