The Boles Group at Bay Equity was the best buying experience I could have ever had. I was initially going with a major bank for my mortgage, but while I was on vacation, they decided in the 11th hour that they would no longer service my loan. I had a week left until closing and immediately panicked. My realtor put me in touch with Stephanie at the Boles Group, and that's when everything was suddenly great again. She was extremely responsive and such a wonderful person to work with. She told me that she would be able to salvage my deal gone awry, and come in earlier than expected. I had several other lenders tell me that just simply wasn't possible, and they've never heard of that in their entire careers. Those lenders were wrong, Stephanie and the Boles Group did exactly as they promised and moved mountains for me. Not only did I close on time, but the Boles Group gave me a significantly lower closing cost than the initial lender. I am absolutely blown away, thrilled, and amazed at what they did for me. I can't recommend the Boles Group enough.
