I have been extremely impressed by the quality of service since being with On Q! I have renewed my lease multiple times and our main property manager Chelbi is the best! All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Especially this last repair we needed on our garage! The spring had been replaced last year and somehow it broke again. After putting in a request, Dominic was on top of it and was able to work with my busy schedule to get someone out here to get it fixed! Dominic truly went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and was extremely communicative through the whole process. He made this process SO easy and stress free!! Rafael overall help me get approved pretty quick. He was respectful in our conversations and answered every question with Proof and detail. I just wish she was a little bit more attentive and more detailed with the explanations in the beginning as I was confused with some of the fees and how things are working but then again I was trying to get proved pretty quick good service and very patient.

Rafael was awesome throughout the whole process! From the initial call he explained the process and all details thoroughly and we were approved within 2 days! Everything moved so quickly once we applied and were excited to move and finally have our own home. Definitely recommend!.

Rafael was great to work with recently in getting us approved and set up in our new home! He communicated with us every step of the way, was quick to respond and helped move us through the process quickly!
