Jess was incredibly thorough with her explanations every step of the way. This was our third time going through the home buying process, and even then she found unique and helpful ways to personalize the mortgage to best suit our needs. In addition, whenever we had questions, she answered lightning fast, from the first phone conversation to the night before closing. We didn't know that this process could be so understandable and painless.

This team is phenomenal. I was worried about the whole IF I'd be able to get a loan, and now I have a house. I worked closely with Gio. I adore that guy! He kept me up to date on the happenings of the loan, talked me through aspects that I had no clue. Some people are just meant to be in certain professions, and Gio found his. I know there was a team behind him, and I'm appreciative to them all.

The whole team at Envoy is great. Used them for our first home.purchase and they couldn't have made it easier. Everything was communicated quickly and clearly. They were even able to move our closing up 10 days. I highly recommend them.
