My experience with Platinum Home Mortgage, and specifically with Bruce, was great! Early on in meeting with Bruce he went over different options and listened to what I had in mind. From there he found several plans that worked, advises me on the pros and cons of each and let my wife and I pick which one we were comfortable with. Even after that he was with us the rest of the way; We had some issues with the sellers and Bruce was there along side us through the whole thing. Highly recommend Bruce and PHM, I would definitely go back if we ever decide to purchase another home.

I was a first time home buyer. I had no idea what to do besides find a realtor. My realtor was wonderful. She got me in contact with Platinum Home Mortgage. Dennis Garcell was handling my purchase. If I didn’t understand something he would go over it step by step with me until I did understand it. I could contact him anytime on any day and he would assist me. Sometimes as late as 9:00 at night. Dennis and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Whether you are a first time buyer or are looking for another home, I would highly recommend Dennis, and Platinum, to anyone buying a house. They truly are amazing.
