I never had to feel anxious because he was prompt in responding to my questions. He explains the process and helped us prepare for our journey of purchasing our first home. The entire process too just over 30 days from beginning to end. After two years we went with the Mortgage House and Jeff to refinance our home. That was a fast and easy process. Jeff worked really hard on one of my loan. It was almost impossible to close this loan but Jeff worked day and night and finally got it closed. Jeff is a wonderful human being and a great loan officer....would highly recommend.
