They took great care to protect all of my belongings and made sure that everything was packed and loaded onto the truck safely and efficiently. delivered 5000 lbs of DOD shipment today into SIT. This place is awesome. Got there at about 9 am and they had me unloaded by 10:30am. They had about 5 guys helping my husband and I offload out the side door. They new what they was doing and the warehouse guy was great and very helpful. The office lady was great and nice. Got weights next door at Apex and that guy was great to. The lot was small but still easy to get my rig in and out. They took care of customers items very well as we brought them in. I don’t usually like going to warehouses as they are a big problem with they way they do things but this one was on point. I would not mind coming back here again. Thanks so much.

We utilized McCarthy Transfer & Storage from a referral from a friend and we were not disappointed. They showed up on time and the crew, namely Marcus, Tomas, Diego and Rodger were very courteous and friendly. They wore mask the whole time and followed COVID protocol. They asked specific questions regarding our furniture and items for loading and they were very knowledgeable about the process. Their system was very efficient and they were fully-equipped for the move. We were amazed on how much they got everything done in a matter of time. They made it so easy for us considering we don’t know what to expect since this is our first time moving out of state. They verified everything when the job was done and made sure we were all on the same page. We were given excellent service and would recommend their services.
