Dean is a wealth of knowledge. I'm a general contractor and we had to bring him in as an expert on one of our projects. After literally a couple of hours of poking around, taking measurements and making adjustments, we were able to find a great solution for our customer saving them thousands of dollars!! Would not have been possible without him.

Dlouhy did a great job with the initial installation of a new door and motor. A few years later, they took even better care of us when a part broke on the assembly. I called them in the evening and they were there, to perform the repair, in less than 24 hours. Great company and great people.

Dean is a great guy who came out twice to my home to service the garage door when it went awry. Very helpful and just an all around genuine guy.

UP & DOWN GARAGE DOORS REVIEWS

Our original garage door was unable to open, and we had been unable to park our cars in the garage for quite awhile. We called Up & Down Garage Doors, and they were able to come out the same day for an estimate. They were very helpful in pointing out we needed to relocate some pipes to accommodate the garage mechanism, and called a friend in to assist on that portion. They said as soon as we were able to move the pipes, we could move ahead with the garage. It was great, as their friend fixed the problem in less than a couple hours, and we were scheduled to get the doors in at the end of the week. The actual installation of the doors went by so quickly it was impressive. The installer Aaron tore down the old door, installed the mechanism and had everything running by 12 Noon. It looked great, operated quietly and we are extremely happy with the value we received for such a high quality garage door. They are a class act, and we highly recommend them!

My 20 year old opener finally quit today. Called Up and Down and they were here in a couple of hours. Installed a new one within an hour. Reasonable price. Three other neighbors in our street have also used them with similar experiences.

Have used Up & Down Garage Doors on many projects and their service and professionalism is above and beyond. They take such pride in their workmanship. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
