Jose, Juan, Mike, Miguel and Margarito were fantastic and went above and beyond in caring for my things. They even re-wrapped my cactus! Communication throughout was great. They are moving it to storage (which I’ve never done before) so I’ll keep you posted on the move in but the move out was seamless! Shoutout to Maribeth who I worked with from the quote throughout the move. She was responsive, quick to help AND….lowered the quote after they loaded the truck and realized the weight was lower than estimated (I purged a bunch) - who does that?? Amazing service from Maribeth.

I was very happy having this company as the company to help me with my move! The crew was right on time in the exact time frame I was given so I didn’t have to wait around all day for them. The staff was very nice, respectful and professional. They were able execute everything without any mess, without breaking anything and accurately. I would rate this job a 10 out of 10. Perfect.

SouthBay moving was amazing. The crew was very polite, professional, and cared about our move. They took care with the items and made sure everything was protected. The two man crew completed the move on 5 1/2 hours and they were prompt in arriving to the pickup location.
