Upline Moving

From my initial interaction with the Upline office staff in the Bay Area, my meeting with Dale to discuss charges & services, & more recently with Amber, who went way above & beyond to insure the delivery here in Austin would meet my wife's & my travel schedule, even when it seemed that would not be possible, I have been very impressed with the personalized customer service that has consistently been provided. As I await local delivery here in Austin, I wanted to add my positive comments to the online reviews, & also give a special & heartfelt thanks to Amber for her very critical part in making everything come together so well. If we ever need moving services in the future, we will definitely be repeat customers.

I have had my fair share of moving around and using different moving companies, but this was my first time using upline moving and I will only be calling them for now on!! This is the first time I had professional movers from the staff to the moving crew. Thank you all.

The first contact I had with Upline was great, they explained everything really well on the phone. I personally liked how it was per item instead of weight so it made it easier. Overall they did a great job, thanks upline.
