Sayla Music Academy

As an adult learner, I was a little apprehensive about starting violin lessons. My instructor is Amy and she is so patient, kind, and creates such a comfortable environment. I truly enjoy her lesson each week. I have just moved to California from Rhode Island, and have made a lot of great friends through work, but I am so very glad that I have found a sense of place away from work. I started playing the violin back in March (thanks to Youtube). I lost my job due to the pandemic, and it just became a quarantine project. I've been wanting to play for a while, and when I moved out to California, it was the perfect opportunity to start a new routine. I know I have a long way to go, and a lot of self-discipline to learn, but I am loving it so far!

My son has been taking guitar here for years and has loved it. I also take piano lessons myself and am so impressed by the professionalism of the Academy. The teachers are amazing as well as the owners. I highly recommend Sayla Music.
