Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery was founded in the 1990s and has been a leader in offering Mexican cultural and fine arts to the Stockton community. The MHC&G is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that continues to expand in the Valley with supporters. Heritage Center and Gallery continue to enhance the city with services for art, music, and education. Committed musicians, educators, and community leaders volunteer their time, working together to educate the public about Mexico's rich history, heritage, and culture. Tourists can experience Mexican culture through dance and music. The center also provides the traditional Mexican pieces that tourists can purchase, such as jewelry, pottery, and dolls. Center is exploring Latino culture with exhibits by local artists and events, plus classes and a gift shop.

BOB HOPE THEATRE

Bob Hope Theatre was founded in 1999 and is a national touristic attraction. A marble mosaic floor occupies an area of 1200 square feet in the lobby center. The stone was imported from Italy, and a Canadian artist had designed the mosaic. Fox Theatres was a large chain of grand cinema palaces that were built mostly in the 1920s and 1930s on the west coast. The 2,042 seats at the theatre played host to musical theater, comedies, shows, and family activities during the year. The theatre also houses a Robert Morton theater organ from 1928, which came from the Seattle Fox Theatre, which was demolished more than 40 years ago. It boasts concessions and bathroom facilities, state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and rigging systems. Available for private parties and corporate events.

Cesar Chavez Central Library provides a traveling collection of English library materials. Circulating materials are available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hmong, Khmer, Japanese, Hindi, and Filipino. The library has over 20 computer workstations with the use of Microsoft Office and internet, and new devices reserved for teens and kids. They also have wireless access, printing, scanning, and fax services. There's also a reference set in the library, five express self-service checkout machines. Magazines and newspapers are eligible to browse. MakerSpace is fitted with cutting machines, watercolor bot, 3D printers, sewing machines, and game VR system.
