Bassam I. Mattar, MD - Cancer Center of Kansas

Dr. Mattar is a very caring doctor. I trust him. He has cared for me since my diagnosis of chronic myleoid leukemia. His office staff, however, has OFTEN messed up my appointments, information, referrals, etc. He is late about 50% of the time, but I believe that is because he takes the time his patients NEED with him. Sometimes, that's more for me. Sometimes it's less. He also works very well with Dr. Kantarjian, my CML specialist at MD Anderson.

I had a cancerous tumor removed in December of 2018. He did a awesome job and got all of the cancer and I didn't have to have chemo or radiation. Very kind and knowledgeable

Dr.Mattar is a Excellent Doc he's so kind and understanding I have had him for a year now and I have nothing bad to say.
