We came to Haeger Orthodontics for a 2nd opinion and were so impressed we stayed! Dr. Haeger and his staff are so kind and welcoming. You really know your child’s well being is the most important factor in their treatment plan. Dr. Haeger carefully followed my sons growth and waited for the ideal time for him to start braces. This was to minimize the time my son would wear braces, to give the best outcome, and to avoid wearing braces twice. I really appreciate how much Haeger Orthodontics makes the entire process so welcoming and gentle to younger patients and adults as well. We feel extremely welcomed by the staff from the moment we walk in. I love how much the staff takes the time to make things comfortable for my son and how much attention to detail they take. They always thoroughly explain instructions for us and don’t mind answering any questions we have. I also love that they have two offices, Kent and Maple Valley. They are very flexible in scheduling and I love love love I can text their front office staff for any questions and I always get a quick answer. Most importantly I feel that Haeger Orthodontics is extremely clean and they use the newest technologies. I have gone to other offices where I felt concerned about their cleaning procedures and also have come across doctors who go the “old school methods.” The office is so amazing that my son’s two younger brothers are always wanting to tag along to appointments!! I can’t say enough good things about Haeger Orthodontics except I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

The staff and atmosphere is very welcoming- extremely friendly staff who makes you feel at home. I'm a patient here with braces and the process of doing so was made completely with care and everything was always addressed during procedures. Overall a great experience, from start to finish!

We refer anyone looking into braces for their kiddos to Dr. Haeger's!! Prices are fair, treatment plans are appropriate (they don't push braces too soon unnecessarily), payment plans are offered, they deal with all the insurance. They are even available for emergency braces issues after-hours-like broken brackets or wires, so my daughter didn't have to wait the whole weekend in pain!The staff are friendly, quick, and efficient. 10/10 Recommend!
