I would highly recommend Permian Basin Pain Management to anyone looking for this type of medical treatment. The staff all went above all my expectations and Dr. McGehee was incredible. He listed to my problems and answered all questions without seeming rushed at all. Glad to have found them!.

The staff was professional, kind and helpful. Dr McGehee answered all my questions and concerns. I had my procedure yesterday and it was the first good nights sleep I have had in over a year. I would highly recommend Dr McGehee to everyone!.

My husband & I both see Dr. McGehee, & could not be more pleased with him, & his staff. Brenda is amazing as well. Always takes time to listen to what is going on with us. Front staff, & nurses are always so nice and accommodating.

Dr Neil Doctor has been great at understanding where my pain is, we have tried three different procedures and the last one I just works best for me. We tried the spine stimulator for the 7 days in those 7 days I was in pain about 3 days. He’s very understanding of what you want to try and doesn’t try to persuade you to see his way. He’s the best Doctor I have ever had for my pain management. I recommend everyone go to his office, The ladies are the best.

I went to my appointment for the very first time a few years ago thinking my sciatic nerve was causing some tremendous pain and burning down my leg, well it wasn’t the sciatic nerve it was a different nerve located in front of my waist, the Doctor treated it that same day and never came back. Pin pointed the problem right away. Very impressive. Now I get to go visit him for a different pain now. Which I know he’ll take care of it.

Dr. Doctor and his staff are always amazing. I love that my appointments are always on time no waiting and they make me feel that I am their priority when I'm there. Totally recommend them!.

I really do like Dr. Koval as he explains problems well and has a very kind manner. My procedure was scheduled quickly and was done professionally and without issue. The office staff and nurses are super nice as well and I always feel comfortable when I am there; highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I’ve been going here for a few years. I say unfortunately because that means I’ve been in pain. They have always treated me with respect and dignity, which can sometimes feel is lost. They don’t just push pills down your throat and their goal is to get you pain free without the use of chronic medications. Highly recommend Dr Koval and his team.

Staff was friendly but professional. Everything went as planned. Doctor Koval explained to me what was happening during the procedure which was reassuring. Great choice !!.
