I would highly recommend Permian Basin Pain Management to anyone looking for this type of medical treatment. The staff all went above all my expectations and Dr. McGehee was incredible. He listed to my problems and answered all questions without seeming rushed at all. Glad to have found them!

The staff was professional, kind and helpful. Dr McGehee answered all my questions and concerns. I had my procedure yesterday and it was the first good nights sleep I have had in over a year. I would highly recommend Dr McGehee to everyone!

My husband & I both see Dr. McGehee, & could not be more pleased with him, & his staff. Brenda is amazing as well. Always takes time to listen to what is going on with us. Front staff, & nurses are always so nice and accommodating.

I really do like Dr. Koval as he explains problems well and has a very kind manner. My procedure was scheduled quickly and was done professionally and without issue. The office staff and nurses are super nice as well and I always feel comfortable when I am there; highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I’ve been going here for a few years. I say unfortunately because that means I’ve been in pain. They have always treated me with respect and dignity, which can sometimes feel is lost. They don’t just push pills down your throat and their goal is to get you pain free without the use of chronic medications. Highly recommend Dr Koval and his team.

Staff was friendly but professional. Everything went as planned. Doctor Koval explained to me what was happening during the procedure which was reassuring. Great choice !!

I will always be grateful to this kind and dedicated doctor and his staff! My primary doctor took great pleasure in telling me of the misfortune he and his office went through over a year and a half ago. My primary doctor was good in his field and referred me to Dr D and I now have a new doctor in E Texas and I only miss Midland because of this doctor and Encompass Health, both staff member's were always kind and helpful. If your looking for a doctor that will help you, this is the best!!!!

One of the best doctors that I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients & will do the best for them. He actually listens & is has alot of patience. Sometimes there is a wait to see him but it is more than worth it to get to see him. Excellent doctor! The work he does is truly his calling. I would recommend him to all that need help.

Dr.D has literally saved my life story to long to share but i thank God for him. The moment I heard about his situation i started praying for him. He is a very good kind hearted and caring Dr and im not just saying that. The wait in his office can get a little long but its worth it. He has been my Dr over ten years. He will be very hard to replace i really pray he is not finished. With that being said is his office contacting his pts with recommendations.
