She’s very considerate, empathetic, and a delight to speak to on the phone. Then Ring Ring my phone goes off and it was José Luis Garcia. He was the stamp of approval for me to go with this firm. Jose made my situation feel like there is hope. He was very knowledgeable, inquisitive, and easy to talk to. Not only did he put me at ease about my situation his professionalism spoke for the firm.
