I contacted Hupy and Abraham about a broken ankle and they were really great at helping me through the process. Nanette Scheel was my main point of contact through a lot of the process. She was very compassionate and understanding and checked in on me monthly to see how everything was going and if there were any changes in my condition. They were very thorough and fast and friendly and helped us every step of the way with our claims. They took the time to explain each step as it came and gave us the option to go forward or not and they didn’t pressure us at all and gave us very sound advice and explained what would happen if we decided to go to trial or settle out.
