A lot of services just spray and leave, Mario does the opposite. He spends time to walk the property inside and out), alerts you to beneficial maintenance that will keep away pests and rodents, takes videos and answers any questions you have. He is Eco-Conscious, uses pet friendly sprays, will make the extra effort to humanely remove pests or insects (removes and rescues bees, does not simply kill them) and above all is a very kind man as are the people that work with him.
