They were professional, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all our questions thoroughly and explain everything clearly throughout the process. Their workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious they took pride in doing the job right. They were courteous, hard working and respectful of our home. He explained details what he was going to do and bringing up to code for replacement of water heater. He did the work fast and clean. i will be requesting for an estimate on their service for AC/Heater replacement because i feel if the level of work Kevin did replacing our water heater, i trust their AC/heater service will be just the same; excellent .

The warrant work on my heat pump was completed promptly. The repairman, Steve, was able to determine the problem quickly and order the parts. He returned today to install them. Steve is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Everything is working like new. I’m a happy customer.

His personality and spirit of providing the best Service is very awesomeness! He’s the third generation running of Metz company with part of German blood, he takes things so seriously and doing his job so Precisionly in a such professional way! I guess maybe the blood or maybe he learned in a such young age from his family, that just makes him the best of best in this HVAC field! He will get everything estimate and tested out before getting a reasonable price. The price are so compatible on the market for all his customer, he will never over charged for anyone. Also, He will thinks and explains all possible way to fix it before getting the opinion of change a new system! We had our first 6 month visit today with Tim. Tim showed up promptly, was prepared and took the time to talk with me about our system. Through our conversations, Tim had a few recommendations to add, this would improve system functionality and efficiency. Tim had 1 of the parts in his vehicle and the other was promptly driven over from the office. System now upgraded, cleaned out and given his seal of approval.
