This is 2nd time using Pacific Coast Termite in seven years. Same prompt, courteous, professional service, explained the process both times. Reasonably priced and no hard sell, unlike their competitors estimates. They wanted to take care of the problem, rather than stick if to the customer. Rep's and technicians are super helpful and informative, and easy to talk with, answered every question I had. Recommended spot treatment both times. First treatment was interior home wall and second treatment was patio cover. I did pony up for the termite preventative treatment in the attic. Super Happy. I recommend them, without hesitation, to family, friends and neighbors. Thank you PCT!
