Christian was on time, even early to our appt, which I was pleased to see. He was super helpful and discovered 2 extra cleanouts that seller was not aware of nor was discovered during our Home Inspection when we had originally added ‘sewer scope’ to that Inspection which not successful and the reason I hired Done Right. I should have hired Done Right from the beginning, which now I know to do that for my next transaction. He was efficient and pro active letting me and the list agent know all details to his findings and provided ongoing maintenance instructions. I was very pleased this was a successful inspection with no significant findings. Superb customer service! Excellent on timing! Very informative! Thank you Christian.

Jon went above and beyond repairing our water valve behind our fridge. Great staff and they were able to come within 2 hours of my call. Service Hero Plumbing and Air installed a new water heater at my home which has a very compact floorplan compared with homes built today. It proved to be very difficult to remove the old tank without harming the closet woodwork around it. However the installer, Eric Flores, figured out a way to extract it without any damage to the woodwork. He was persistent in analyzing how to solve that problem, and his work ethic deserves praise.
