My PA friend recommended Optimum Physio for my long-term low back pain and other issues. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff were awesome. Kayla and Jackie were quick to do exercises with me so it was fun. The treatment involved something new to me, dry needling. It was uncomfortable at times but it worked so it was worth it. I have been to several PT places over the years and this has been the best. The treatments offered are more than the standard practices at others. I will return again. Well done!

All the staff of Optimum Physio are very professional, from the girls at the entrance desk to the therapist and assistants on the therapy floor. They are very welcoming and kind. My husband regain his physical strength and mental optimism just by going to this place. Medically speaking, they are very knowledgeable in what they do. In addition to that, they care about their patients well being. In my opinion that is the basis of their success. Keep doing the good job Optimum Physio !

My first time doing physical therapy, Dr Mark and his team are complete professionals, the facility was ridiculously clean, the staff was very knowledgeable and after one treatment I already can tell the difference and looking forward to my next session!!
