"Sal's Gilbert Pizza provides homemade Italian food and the taste of New York to Gilbert. Sal was born in Sicily. He moved to New York in 1984 and began working in his brother’s pizzeria. For the last 7 years, Sal and Grace have continuously provided the East Valley with fresh food made from the finest ingredients in a friendly atmosphere. Sal's Gilbert Pizza offers a variety of menus, including appetizers, salads, pasta, pizza, calzones, and desserts. All their pizzas are hand-tossed and baked in their traditional oven. Sal's Gilbert Pizza offers daily specials: on Tuesday, enjoy Pasta and Entrée Night; Wednesday features Pizza Night; Thursday offers another Entrée & Pasta Night; and Sunday is Wine Night.
