Their dream is to be the Premier Everglades Learning Center and the Southern Florida Wildlife and Botanical Sanctuary. Flamingo Gardens' mission is to represent, conserve, and provide information on the natural and cultural resources of South Florida and the Everglades in their public gardens wildlife sanctuary. They have a repository for endangered species of flora and fauna and a living library of unique taxa suitable for study and education. Flamingo Gardens is focused on creating a culture of inclusion, diversity, and inclusiveness where the efforts of all community members are recognized, appreciated, and supported. Nowadays, Flamingo Garden features one of the last wilderness forests in South Florida with more than 3000 species of plants and trees, including Florida 's largest tree.

Young At Art Museum is one of the eight largest cultural centers in Broward County and authorized by the American Association of Museums. 55,000 square meters. The museum includes display spaces, the YAA Art Gallery, the Teen Center, the Preschool Museum, and the Broward County Public Library. Young At Art Museum (originally called Young At Art Children's Museum) was founded in 1987 to fill a gap in art education in South Florida. Founded by artists Esther and Mindy Shrago, Young At Art moved to South Florida for two years as a museum without walls, opening in 1989 at 3200 square meters. Ft. Plantation boutique, Florida. Ten years later, in response to the overwhelming demand of the city, Young At Art moved to Davie in 1998 and expanded to 24,000 square meters. Ft. rented space and showed the potential to operate an additional $ 1 million museum with display galleries, art studio workshops, student field trips, and activities for 100,000 children and families annually.
