Musical Instrument Museum aims to construct a genuinely worldwide museum of musical instruments. The museum has over 8,000 instruments selected from around 200 countries and territories. The museum has cutting-edge audio and visual technology that allows visitors to see and hear the instruments performed in their original settings, which is as astounding as the instruments themselves. Musical Instrument Museum plans to purchase instruments for folk and tribal occasions since they have historical and artistic value. MIM Music Theater provides an intimate, 300-seat atmosphere, and emerging artists from around the world enjoy live performances all year round. Each visitor can hear the music using headphones to experience it without disturbance, and free admission is offered for children (ages three and under).
