Desert Botanical Garden offers free entry to active military personnel and members.

Here’s The Deal:
Musical Instrument Museum has more than 8,000 instruments selected from around 200 countries and territories around the world. MIM's vision is to create a musical instrument museum that would be truly global. It provides state-of-the-art audio and video technology that allows visitors to see the instruments, hear their sounds, and witness them being played in their original contexts impressive as the instruments themselves. The music instruments have historical and artistic value, and MIM intends to procure instruments used for folk and tribal occasions. MIM music theater provides an intimate, 300-seat atmosphere, and emerging artists worldwide enjoy live performances all year round. Each visitor is allowed to hear the music using headphones to experience the music without disturbance. It affords free admission for children (ages three and under).
