“Mississippi Children’s Museum is a well-maintained museum in Jackson, MS. The museum provides unique experiences that encourage a passion for exploration, information, and learning in all children. The Mississippi Children's Museum (MCM) idea was born in 1994 and creates unparalleled experiences to inspire excellence and a lifelong joy of learning. The museum provides volunteer hours as field trip chaperones to the community or school organizations. Visitors can explore the Tale Treehouse in the Literacy Garden or dance on stage in the Express Yourself show. Field trips and group tours are available for groups of 15 or more children. In addition, MCM has a small nursing space on the museum's lower floor in the Express Yourself Room. The Mississippi Children's Museum offers free admission for children aged under 1.”
