A beautifully preserved and maintained glimpse into the lost art of neon signs, mostly from around Los Angeles with a couple from outside of the area, such as Bakersfield. A very interesting plasma room, and fun gift shop as well. Groupon has a great package deal too! Don't miss this one!
My wife and I had so much fun visiting the MONA. We chatted with a museum volunteer for a while who told us a lot of fun facts about the neon and plasma pieces. There’s even neon art in the bathrooms! Don’t be deterred from other reviewers saying it’s a bit small- all the pieces in there are really wonderful and it’s definitely worth the $10!
Small but extremely cute museum.. kids will love it. Especially the plasma section is very interesting.
