Today was the first time I used Eastern Pools and I couldn't be happier. The company is wonderful to deal with on the phone, friendly, polite and efficient. Keith came to my house to repair my pool equipment, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain to me about the pool. Highly recommend their services.

This is the most honest business I've seen in a long time. We had a brand new heater that we could not get to work. Rather than come out and charge us they suggested we contact the manufacturer since it should be covered under warranty which it was.

I have used their services for over 13 years and I have always been pleased with their personal attention and quality service!
