Dr. Hurtado was very professional and patient. I was told that my cholesterol was high. He gave me a chance to bring my numbers down before starting me on medication. He suggested what to eat and what not to eat. I would totally refer him to anyone looking for a doctor.

I really appreciate Dr. Hurtado reviewing my medical history and current results. He is very kind and patient. Most doctors and facilities are about get you in, diagnosed and move on to the next. Dr. Hurtado did not rush he explained in detail what I'm experiencing and I so appreciate that. I felt he cared about my health. I thank the district for providing us a wellness center with such caring doctor's and nurses.

Went in with ear pain without a appointment. Wait time was 15mins and was seen really quickly, had prescription sent to cvs and ENT referral. Very pleased about seeing a doctor without a appointment on short notice.

I know he has done so for my health care needs over the years. If you are looking for a family Doctor to ensure your health needs are met with care and knowledge then he is your guy! I arrived for my appointment with Dr. John 30 minutes early in hopes that I could be seen sooner than my appointed time. I needed to go earlier so I could go to a downtown hospital where my husband had just had surgery. I was seen promptly and my needs were met including my prescriptions.

Dr. John has seen me since I was a kid. I’m very blessed to be one of his patients. He takes time and actually cares about his patients.

Dr Ponce was very personable, he listened, he made the environment relaxed, he didn’t rush through my appointment like most doctors do now a days. Follow up was quick. When I had questions he responded back the same day. He was recommended by a family member so I drove 3.5 hrs to see him. I will continue to do that. Thank you Dr Ponce and staff.

Not all patients are the same, nor should they be treated as such. Dr. Ponce is the first doctor I’ve known who understands this. He makes reasonable allowances for my personal quirks, but doesn’t make me feel bad about it. That’s much more rare in the medical community than one might think.

Dr. Ponce is the most caring and compassionate Dr., who truly cares about his patients. He will go above and beyond to care for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone I know!.
