I have recently become a patient and would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Baddam is so caring and takes the time to understand what is ailing you. Her staff has been equally remarkable working me into the schedule on two occasions. I was waiting in the lobby for only minutes despite the fact that they worked me in. I highly recommend her and her team.
Dr. Baddam and her staff are wonderful. They are quick to refill prescriptions and call back. Even through the early Covid months tele-health appointments were available. I like that she is with Ascension and being under that umbrella I am able to get access to a cornucopia of services.
Dr. Baddam is a truly exceptional PCP. She listens to my concerns, ensures I feel that they are addressed, and is just a kind human.
